Our ethnicity pay figures
Of the 70% of our colleagues who have shared their ethnicity, 8% have identified as being from a minority ethnic background.
As explained in commentary on the data section, we’ve reviewed the methodology for calculating our ethnicity pay and bonus gaps this year, in line with recent best practice guidance published by the government. This has resulted in changes to the figures which, if viewed in isolation, would suggest a significant shift in the data. As a result, the 2023 numbers have also been updated using the new methodology to reflect this change and give a fair comparison.
