We offer bespoke and off-the-shelf training aimed at managers and employees. This can be delivered in person or online to help you understand practical ways to get the best out of your diverse workforce.
D&I assessment
We’ll undertake an in-depth assessment of your organisation to pinpoint where you are on your diversity and inclusion journey.
We will:
- Undertake a full review of your current people policies, procedures and practices
- Review the outcomes of employee surveys, exit or onboarding interviews, as well as past grievances and claims around D&I. We’ll spend time in your business and take the pulse of your working environment to assess whether your core values are being reflected across your company
- Create a report detailing where you are, alongside achievable recommendations for a diversity and inclusion strategy
- Formulate a follow-up plan to discuss our report and support you with the implementation of your D&I strategy.
