Our recent work includes:

Advised on, and defended, a number of cases (including at EAT level) relating to the expression of protected beliefs in the workplace and the rights of employers to manage alleged unreasonable expression of belief vs the right of the individual to hold and express a belief, even if it’s contentious as a view.

Successfully defended a complex disability discrimination claim which went to the Court of Appeal.

Successfully defended an appeal in the Employment Appeal Tribunal relating to unfair dismissal, discrimination arising from disability, failure to make reasonable adjustments, direct discrimination on the grounds of race and disability, harassment relating to race and disability and wrongful dismissal.

Successfully defended a high value and complex constructive dismissal and race discrimination claim in the ET.
