The statistics

that matter

of parents would trust a specialist medical negligence lawyer to investigate any serious issues with their maternity care, whilst only 33% would trust the NHS.

These key findings reflect the concern and anxiety that many new or expectant parents go through during some of the most important moments in their lives. Whilst they don’t capture the dedication and compassion that we know is shown by healthcare professionals day in, day out, our findings do highlight where improvement is needed.

This report is not about dwelling on problems, but about working together to identify potential solutions. By listening to how parents feel – and drawing on what we see through the families we support – we can understand the pressure points in maternity care and focus on what needs to change for things to get better.

4.

Achieving outcomes to support families both now, and in the future. Whether through settlement, court proceedings or alternative dispute resolution, our legal experts focus on compensation and support that reflects current and long-term needs.
