How we can help
Training resources
Our Back to Basics online training modules are ideal for managers and employees.
Affordable and accessible, the series will support upskilling and awareness to managers (and for some topics, employees) on employment law issues including harassment in the workplace.
Specifically on sexual harassment, we’re offering the following package:
- Employee awareness module
- Manager additional module – they’ll know what they need to do to manage issues and support your steps to prevent sexual harassment
- A risk assessment tool
This package costs £1,200 plus VAT per organisation.
We also provide in person and virtual training including topics of sexual harassment, broader workplace harassment and EDI. Aimed at managers, these usually are scheduled as a half day training session but will be designed bespoke to your needs and budget. Through case studies and group discussions, managers will feel clearer of risk areas, more engaged in the relevant support processes and more confident in how to manages discrimination issues in the workplace.

Advice and support
With the number of claims of sexual harassment increasing, your risk incurring reputational damage and significant costs if you get this wrong. The long-term impact of harassment on the victim or complainant can be damaging. As part of preventative measures, we recommend that you obtain legal advice on specific issues your organisation is dealing with.
Whether you need support with employee relations advice, ET cases, strategic input on addressing culture issues and preventative measures or more, we’re on hand. Our bank of hours or retainer services are a popular way to access support with cost certainty and complete reassurance of trusted support.
For more information about pricing and the additional benefits we offer (some at no additional cost) as part of these services, please get in contact.
Bank of Hours
A bank of hours gives budgetary control and additional flexibility for accessing support as it covers all aspects of employment law matters. By buying support in advance, it’s quick and easy to get advice when you need it and you will benefit from one blended hourly rate. This represents good value for money and you’ll have access to different levels of seniority.
Larger blocks of hours attract additional benefits at no cost including access to a dedicated website containing useful information, including legal precedents.
You can buy a bank of hours upfront for the level of anticipated need, and when you need more hours, it’s quick and simple to top-up.
