Philip is National Head of Regulatory and Compliance Group and a specialist criminal and regulatory lawyer. He deals with a wide range of criminal defence cases and advises clients on both contentious and non-contentious regulatory matters and has a particular focus on the gambling, leisure & hospitality, retail and transport (vehicle fleet) sectors.

Andrew has over 30 years’ experience as a gaming, regulatory and alcohol licensing lawyer. He was in house legal counsel with The Rank Group, one of the UK’s largest gambling operators, for over 15 years. He advises on all aspects of UK gambling regulation, both remote and land-based.

Ben is a Legal Director in our London corporate team with 13 years’ experience, 10 years of which he has spent at Irwin Mitchell working closely alongside the head of the London Corporate team, Bryan Bletso. Ben advises a broad range of clients, from owner managed businesses to large corporates, on a wide range of domestic and international transactions across all sectors, but with a focus on the Retail, Leisure and Hospitality Sector, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, venture capital and private equity, and investments.
