Our
pricing options
We offer a choice of pricing options.
Annual Fixed Fee*
For complete cost certainty, you can access support on all day-to-day employment law issues for one annual fixed fee.
We’ll review your policies and contractual templates as part of the fixed fee and make recommendations to ensure that they remain legally compliant.
The annual fixed fee can be paid in full at the outset or by standing order on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Bank of Hours*
A bank of hours gives budgetary control and additional flexibility for accessing support as it covers all aspects of employment law matters.
You can buy a bank of hours upfront for the level of anticipated need, and when you need more hours, it’s quick and simple to top-up.
Employment Tribunal Fees
Litigation costs can escalate and be a major concern for any business. We offer a range of good value and budgeted support for Employment Tribunal (ET) claims:
- Capped or fixed fees and hourly rates
- Access to a comprehensive insurance policy, underwritten by AXA. This policy helps clients with the costs of defending ET claims, as well as settlement and compensation payments. Under the policy, you’ll receive the same commercial and independent advice when advising on employment law matters as you would if instructing us directly. You’ll also have continuity of support from a team you’re already familiar with, ensuring you have a seamless service. Standard excesses apply.
- We’re a panel member for many legal expenses insurers and can often provide support under these schemes if you have one in place.
Strategic projects and audits
We offer fixed fees for projects and audit reviews. This gives you cost certainty, clear guidance on risk and approach and helps you to identify next steps.
Our audits involve:
- A review of your current position
- A report which highlights areas that are not legally compliant, makes recommendations for best practice and identifies areas that do not need to change.
These help your business assess legal risk and prioritise next steps.
*If you opt for either a fixed fee retainer or buy a bank of 20+ hours, you’ll receive a dedicated website containing useful information, including legal precedents. The manual features guidance tool kits, useful to help managers understand legal concepts and providing them practical advice on how to deal with difficult and unfamiliar situations.
