Irwin Mitchell Charities Foundation (IMCF) Regional Impact Grants 2026

Supporting charities that matter most to our people.

Earlier this year, we asked colleagues to nominate local charities that they care about, or have a connection with, to receive a donation of up to £25,000 from the IMCF.

We’re proud the IMCF has been able to donate a total of £246,763 to 11 charities from across the UK. These Regional Impact Grants will support projects that help empower our communities – especially people experiencing low social mobility – either through education and employability or by widening access to justice.

About the IMCF

The IMCF is an independent registered charity that was set up by colleagues of the legal services firm, Irwin Mitchell, in 1997.

Since then, the IMCF has gone on to donate over £4million to good causes around the UK and further afield. The IMCF began making Regional Impact Grants (formerly as the IMCF Fund) in June 2022, allowing Irwin Mitchell employees the chance to nominate charities they are passionate about, and that align with the firm’s responsible business strategy, to receive grants.

We’re proud to share that, as of FY26, the IMCF has now awarded a total of

to 47 charities.
